Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across geostrategy.com’s social media channels. This hybrid position is based in Podgorica, with some work from home flexibility, and involves daily coordination with research and communications teams to translate complex geopolitical topics into engaging digital content. Core tasks include drafting posts, designing basic visual assets, scheduling campaigns, monitoring audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also covers performance tracking, reporting on key metrics, and recommending improvements to social media strategy. The Social Media Coordinator will support live coverage of major events, help manage community interactions, and ensure timely responses to audience questions and comments.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Digital Marketing principles and practices.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with politics, international relations, or public opinion research is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Podgorica, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
