Job Description Senior Social Media Coordinator Location: Fully Remote (Philippine-Based Candidates Only) Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Company Overview A premier multiplatform entertainment studio and pop-culture powerhouse. The Opportunity Seeking a Senior Social Media Coordinator to drive engagement and establish channel aesthetics for the Editorial & Publishing division (comics, graphic novels, books, and related collectibles) across all digital platforms. Operating on PST business hours, this role focuses heavily on high-volume asset creation, video editing, and rapid content execution. Key Responsibilities Content Design & Video Production: Design shareable static graphics and edit short-form video content tailored for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and others. High-Volume Output: Produce and cross-post 3–5 posts per day across platforms, scaling up to 6–10 posts per day during active Kickstarter campaigns. Visual Aesthetic: Utilize raw art assets provided by the internal creative team (e.g., comic covers, key art) to build and maintain a cohesive, high-quality visual aesthetic. Rapid Turnaround: Operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times—some visual assets will need to be delivered within 30 minutes. Campaign & Event Support: Develop promotional collateral for Kickstarter launches and assist with visual assets/decks for live events. Influencer Marketing Support: Collaborate directly with executive leadership on influencer initiatives. Role Scope Clarity: You will focus purely on visual design, video editing, and output execution. You are not responsible for copywriting, analytics, or overarching social strategy (though your creative feedback is always welcome). Basic Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or graphic/video design (experience within the publishing, pop culture, comic book, or entertainment industry is a plus). Video & Static Design Skills: Strong background in editing video content (crucial for TikTok and Reels) alongside designing eye-catching static graphics. Portfolio Required: Must provide a link to a portfolio showcasing recent static designs and video editing work. Software & Tools: Proficiency in Airtable, Asana, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 / Office Suite. Experience with Jira or similar task management software is a plus. Trends & Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of current social media trends, pop culture, and digital content formats. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
