We’re looking for a Social Media & Analytics Manager to support the full spectrum of social for a global motorsport brand — combining sharp creative execution with rigorous data analysis to drive impact at speed. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling and performance, shaping content, guiding strategy, and translating data into clear narratives. From race-day publishing to high-level reporting, you’ll ensure every action is intentional, measurable, and optimized for results. Drive End-to-End Social Execution: Lead planning, publishing, and optimization of organic and paid social campaigns aligned with race calendars and campaign objectives. Own Performance Reporting: Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign reports that clearly communicate results, trends, and strategic opportunities. Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Analyze audience behavior, platform metrics, and content performance to continuously refine strategy. Lead Client-Facing Narratives: Present insights and results with clarity and confidence, turning data into compelling stories that support decision-making. Coordinate Content and Editorial Flow: Oversee scheduling, QA, and alignment of content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timing precision. Build and Optimize Reporting Frameworks: Create dashboards, templates, and processes that ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient performance tracking.
