Social Media Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. Role Overview Looking to bring on a Virtual Assistant who can act as a dedicated social media manager for my company. The role would involve managing our social platforms, creating and editing content (photos, videos, reels), writing captions, and helping plan and execute a consistent content strategy. Ideally, I’m looking for someone with experience in social media management, strong video editing skills, and the ability to match a clean, professional brand voice. I’ll provide photos and videos to edit. Experience in real estate or construction/remodeling would be a big plus. Ultimately, I would like a full-time they will manage 2 to 3 businesses accounts depends on their experience if they can’t do a full-time then it could be 10 to 15 hours a week or more. Scope of Work The Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across multiple business accounts. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day social media activities and account maintenance Editing and creating content using provided photos and videos Producing short-form video content including reels and social media clips Writing captions and post copy aligned with the company’s branding Planning and organizing content calendars and posting schedules Maintaining a clean, professional, and consistent brand image across platforms Assisting with content strategy and audience engagement Managing up to 2–3 business social media accounts depending on experience and workload capacity Coordinating content delivery and ensuring timely posting The role may begin as part-time (10–15 hours per week or more) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and capability.
