Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our brand's Instagram presence end-to-end — from the first content idea to the final post going live.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating monthly content calendars

• Developing daily posts and Stories

• Creating engaging Reels and trend-led content

• Writing captions and hashtags

• Scheduling and publishing content

• Creating graphics — Canva skills are absolutely welcome

• Experimenting with AI-generated images and videos

• Staying on top of Instagram trends and content formats

• Taking ownership of deadlines and deliverables

We’d love to meet someone who:

• Has 1–2 years of social media experience

• Has a good eye for design and visual content

• Is comfortable with Canva and/or other design tools

• Has experience using AI tools for content creation

• Is proactive and comes to the table with ideas

• Is organised, prompt and deadline-oriented

• Understands what makes people stop scrolling

• Is excited to work across different brands and industries

A little about the role:

📍 Remote — Pune-based candidates preferred

🎥 Occasional shoots in Pune, usually once a month or once every couple of months

💼 1–2 years of experience

🍭 Creative, collaborative and very chill work environment

At Media Candy, we work with brands across fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, food, retail and more so no two days (or Instagram feeds!) look the same.
