Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Remote | Full-Time Contract
Compensation: Up to $6,000 USD per month
Dayhoff Health is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and grow our social media presence across consumer and professional audiences. This is not a strategy-only position. You will personally create, edit, publish, and manage content across our social channels, from developing the initial concept and writing the script to filming, editing, posting, and reviewing performance. The ideal candidate combines strong social media judgment with hands-on video production, copywriting, community management, and content analytics experience.

Our content plays an important role in helping people understand our programs, our science, and the value of proactive health monitoring.
What You’ll Do
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest.
- Plan publishing cadence, campaign sequencing, content themes, and platform-specific execution.
- Produce short-form video from start to finish, including concepts, scripts, filming, editing, captions, and publishing.
- Create platform-native hooks, captions, on-screen copy, and calls to action.
- Design graphics and carousels in Canva using existing templates and brand guidelines.
- Repurpose blog posts, scientific material, participant stories, and company updates into multiple content formats.
- Schedule and publish content across all active social channels.
- Monitor comments and direct messages and respond in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Route clinical, product, and claims-related questions to the appropriate internal team member.
- Submit product-related content through the company’s compliance review process before publication.
- Source and edit user-generated content, participant stories, and executive thought-leadership content.
- Maintain the digital asset library and ensure brand consistency across every channel.
- Track performance by platform, format, topic, and campaign.
- Prepare monthly reporting that identifies what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next.
- Build a repeatable content-production system that allows output to scale without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of professional experience producing and publishing content for brand-owned social media channels.
- A strong portfolio of short-form videos that you personally filmed and edited.
- Examples of content performance, including views, engagement, conversion, audience growth, or other relevant results.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms and formats.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Captions, or comparable video and design platforms.
- Experience managing content calendars, deadlines, approvals, and publishing workflows.
- Confidence interpreting analytics and using performance data to guide future content decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A high level of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable
- Experience working with a health technology, digital health, concierge health, diagnostics, or wellness brand.
- Familiarity with regulated marketing environments and claims-substantiation requirements.
- Experience translating scientific, technical, or clinical information into accessible consumer content.
- Experience using Monday.com, Customer.io, or comparable project-management and lifecycle-marketing platforms.
- Community-management experience within a health, wellness, or science-focused audience.
- Experience creating executive thought leadership and user-generated-content campaigns.

Compensation and Engagement
- Up to $6,000 USD per month, based on experience and portfolio.
