We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who lives and breathes social, knows how to spark a scroll-stopping moment, and thrives on turning strategy into standout content. From concept to caption, you’ll be the driving force behind our monthly video content production and shape the social voice of a beloved everyday brand, creating content that’s fresh, fast, and always on point. Fluent German is a must to connect authentically with local audiences. Own the Feed: Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook with a clear eye on brand voice, relevance, and engagement. Drive Social Video Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit monthly IG Reels with tools like CapCut or Premiere that elevate the brand’s storytelling and meet platform demands. Create Engaging Content: Develop thumb-stopping videos, stories, and reactive posts that feel real, not over-produced. Follow Culture Closely: Keep tabs on trends, memes, and what’s popping off translating that insight into timely, contextual content. Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaigns, launches, and seasonal narratives. Innovate Boldly: Explore new formats, transitions, and social trends to keep our content fresh and ahead of the curve. Optimize Performance: Analyze insights, refine concepts, and adjust content strategies to grow reach and engagement. Work With Beverage Brands: Bring experience partnering with FMCG or beverage clients, understanding product storytelling, seasonality, and how to translate taste, mood, and ritual into compelling social content. 4-day Workweek: At LOOP you can choose between a 5-day or a 4-day workweek – and have the freedom to switch between these models twice a year. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements.
