📢 We're Hiring: Social Media Manager | wellbe | Remote or Office-Based (DACH Region)

wellbe is a European lifestyle brand on a mission to inspire healthier, more balanced living. As we continue to grow across the DACH region, we are looking for a creative, proactive and driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and community.
What you'll be doing:
· Managing and growing our social media communities across the DACH region
· Developing and executing social media strategies tailored to local audiences
· Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators and affiliate partners
· Coordinating content creators, collaborations, campaigns and partnerships from briefing through to delivery
· Supporting and developing affiliate marketing activities and partnerships
· Creating engaging, platform-native content for social media channels
· Using visual-content and video-editing tools to create, adapt and optimize creative assets
· Managing paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team
· Monitoring social media and digital marketing trends
· Working closely with other departments, including performance marketing, design, product and logistics
What we're looking for:
· At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Community Management, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing or a related role
· Experience in affiliate marketing and working with affiliate partners is a strong advantage
· Experience coordinating and managing collaborations with content creators and influencers
· Native-level German and fluent English;
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends and content formats
· A strong creative instinct and an excellent eye for visually compelling content
· Familiarity with tools for visual-content creation and video editing, such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
· Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills
