Client Information The Company is a real estate and title insurance provider that specializes in title searches, title insurance, and closing services. With multiple locations across Utah, it provides reliable and personalized support to homeowners and real estate clients while combining local expertise with the resources of a national company. Job Description • Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva, including event flyers and promotional assets • Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen the company’s online presence • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages • Ensure all content complies with company and industry guidelines • Track social media performance and adjust strategies based on results Must Haves • This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar social media and digital marketing role • Hands-on experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and marketing asset creation • Ability to follow brand and compliance guidelines for publicly shared content • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: · Perfectly working headset and webcam · Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted.
