Social Media Manager for an Airbnb Marketing Agency in the US (Home Based Full Time)

Client Information The client is a global short-term rental and hotel marketing agency. They turn properties from simple listings into brands guests book direct — through a complete 12-step system covering branding, interior design, photography, multi-channel distribution, listing optimization, influencer activation, and performance marketing. They are cinematic in their visual standard and outcome-driven in everything they do. Their clients go from invisible on Airbnb to the most sought-after stay in their market. The difference is not luck — it is the right system, the right team, and the right strategy. Job Description • Own 20–30 client accounts (Instagram + Facebook) end to end • Publish reels and carousels produced with company's AI content pipeline (Cloud Code) • Execute outbound lead generation via DM (30–40/day) • Additional tasks as needed by client (i.e. first project of backlinking) • Upon exceeding 16 client accounts, this role transitions into Head of Social, overseeing hiring and managing 1–2 additional Account Managers.
