Role Overview:

Join STARTRADER, a leading global trading platform, as a Social Media Performance Specialist. Lead paid acquisition campaigns globally with focus on Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Experience on Google Ads and DSPs, programmatic, native, or affiliate platforms is a strong advantage — the more channels you’ve mastered, the greater your impact.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where strategy meets execution. You will shape

campaign performance, guide creatives, optimize funnels, and drive ROI across global

markets.

High-Impact Social Media Performance Specialist | Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitive research for social media acquisition.
• Develop paid media strategies, budgets, KPIs, and make scaling/kill decisions.
• Write/adapt ad copy and provide creative guidance for social campaigns.
• Oversee A/B tests, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, GTM setup, analytics, and dashboards are accurate.
• Integrate AI-driven optimization tools and third-party solutions to enhance performance.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure full-funnel efficiency and ROI.

Requirements and Skills:

• 3+ years focused experience in social media paid acquisition / performance marketing
• Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Strong copywriting and creative concepting
• Advanced analytics, attribution, GTM, dashboards, AI-driven optimization
• AB testing and full-funnel optimization experience
• Strong cross-team coordination and execution mindset

Advantageous Skills

• Experience on Google Ads, DSPs, programmatic, native, or affiliate platforms
• Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, database connections, or automation tools

Preferred Industry Backgrounds

• Trading / Brokerage / Financial Markets (highly preferred)
• Crypto / Blockchain / Exchanges
• Fintech (payments, lending, wealth platforms)
• iGaming
• Mobile Apps with advanced attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
• Performance-driven agencies (managing large-scale budgets)
