About The Role As our new Social Media Product Manager, you'll be leading the performance and evolution of two of our most important social media products. You'll oversee the strategy and growth of Pub Pulse, our organic Facebook and Instagram program supporting hundreds of franchisee accounts, and our Lead Generation Program, which manages a growing portfolio of Facebook advertising campaigns. Working closely with leadership, you'll shape the future of both programs by driving strategy, optimizing systems and reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and scalability. While dedicated strategists handle day-to-day execution, you’ll focus on the bigger picture by shaping strategy, improving processes, and creating scalable solutions that help both products thrive and deliver meaningful results for our franchise network. This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The salary range is $70,000-$80,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action Drive the strategy and performance of Pub Pulse and our Facebook Lead Generation Program, helping hundreds of franchisees grow through organic and paid social media. Optimize Facebook advertising performance across a large portfolio of campaigns by maximizing results, improving lead quality, and driving measurable business impact. Develop KPIs, reporting, and data-driven insights that guide decisions, improve product performance, and support long-term growth. Lead testing initiatives and continuously improve workflows, automation, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Partner with leadership to shape product strategy, prioritize enhancements, and drive the future direction of both programs. Serve as the go-to expert for Facebook advertising, social media strategy, and product optimization across the organization. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with: 5+ years of experience in social media advertising, paid media, digital marketing, product management, or a related field with a track record of driving results. Proven experience managing high-volume Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising portfolios, including multiple campaigns, markets, audiences, and budgets. Experience optimizing paid social campaigns with a focus on efficiency, lead quality, and return on investment, including small and mid-sized budgets. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and social media management platforms such as Cloud Campaign or similar tools. Experience using project management tools like Monday.com and building scalable workflows, processes, and operational improvements. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn strategy into successful execution.
