What You Will Do

The Social Media & Programs Analyst is responsible for supporting eXp Realty's digital presence and brokerage initiatives through strategic social media management, program analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role leverages data-driven insights to optimize performance, strengthen brand engagement, and drive continuous improvement across marketing and operational programs while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Social Media Management
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance eXp Realty's online presence and engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives brand awareness and leads generation
• Program Analysis
• Conduct regular analysis of brokerage operations programs to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Utilize data analytics tools to track program effectiveness and recommend actionable insights to enhance performance
• Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
• Collaboration and Communication
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on social media initiatives and program effectiveness
• Foster a culture of open communication, sharing best practices and strategies with team members to drive collective success
• Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborative brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Continuous Learning and Development
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media technologies to ensure eXp Realty remains at the forefront of digital marketing
• Attend relevant webinars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge applicable to the role
• Share insights and learnings with the team to promote a culture of growth and development across the organization
  
  

How You Will Grab Our Attention

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, analytics, or similar role
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment
• Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing
