Social Media Specialist

invygo is changing the way people access cars in the UAE and KSA. We offer a flexible alternative to traditional car ownership, allowing customers to subscribe to cars without the usual stress of loans, depreciation, insurance, maintenance and long term commitment. We are looking for a self driven Social Media Specialist who can help us grow our presence through high volume, high quality, trend aware content. Role overview The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for ideating, shooting, editing, packaging and publishing social media content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts and other relevant channels. This is a hands on content role. We are looking for someone who can independently turn ideas into finished content, move fast, stay close to trends and consistently deliver engaging social first assets. Create and deliver a consistent volume of social media content for invygo channels. Independently ideate content concepts based on trends, brand priorities, audience insights and platform behavior. Contribute to the social media strategy by helping define content pillars, platform priorities, audience opportunities and creative angles that support invygo marketing goals. Shoot simple but effective social content using a phone, camera, basic lighting and audio equipment when needed. Edit videos in a social first way, including pacing, captions, hooks, music, transitions and platform native formats. Package content with strong captions, thumbnails, headlines and posting formats. Plan and maintain a simple social content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of planned, reactive and trend-led content across platforms. Stay constantly updated on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts and broader social trends. Translate invygo key messages into simple, entertaining and educational content. Support campaign launches, offers, car features, customer education, community content and reactive posts. Work closely with the Marketing Lead, growth, design and wider marketing teams to align content with business priorities. Support community management by responding to comments, messages and audience interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate way. Track conversations, recurring questions and audience feedback, and turn them into content opportunities or insights for the wider marketing team. Take feedback positively and apply it quickly across future content. Monitor social performance and suggest improvements based on what is working. Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media touchpoints. 1 to 5 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role. Strong ability to create short form video content from start to finish. Comfortable ideating, shooting and editing independently. Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms. Strong sense of social media trends, hooks, pacing and platform native storytelling. Basic to strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva or similar. Ability to write clear captions and simple social copy. Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can move quickly. Open to feedback and able to improve content based on direction. Self motivated, organized and reliable.
