Social Media Specialist

A well-established U.S.-based company in the home services sector, with a growing digital marketing division, is looking for a Social Media Specialist based in Colombia to work remotely . This professional will lead the social media strategy, content development, and account management for multiple brands and clients. Why should you apply? Have the autonomy to propose ideas, create campaigns, and contribute directly to the growth of multiple brands. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Lead , this position will focus on strengthening brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through social media. What will you do in this role? Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X, while managing monthly content calendars aligned with each client's objectives. Monitor campaign performance, prepare KPI reports, manage online communities, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. To succeed in this position, it is essential that you meet the following requirements: What should you bring? At least three years of professional experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or in a similar position. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field. Previous experience working for a marketing or advertising agency and managing multiple clients, brands, and campaigns simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with experience in content strategy, content calendars, social media analytics, and performance reporting. Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Business Center, YouTube Studio, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Metricool, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later will be highly valued. Knowledge of Google Ads and paid social media campaigns will also be considered a strong advantage.
