Compawnion is Indonesia's leading fresh dog food company driven by love and science. With our goal to change the landscape of the pet food industry, we would like to partner with you as Social Media Specialist in this movement.

Qualification

• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) optimized for engagement
• Partner with our Graphic Designer to brief and develop high-quality static assets and brand layouts
• Create and optimize high-converting visual assets specifically tailored for ads or campaign
• Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly social media performance and ad metrics to refine strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms, fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and social media publishing tools
• Ability to spot viral trends quickly and turn them into creative brand content under tight retail timelines
• Familiarity with social media metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, ROAS) and how to interpret data
• Strong storytelling abilities, excellent time management, and a highly collaborative problem-solving mindset
• Experience creating visuals for beauty/skincare/lifestyle brands is a strong plus.

The salary range for this position is from IDR 7 - 8 million.
