Profile Requirements: Up to 2 Years of Experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, or digital marketing, experience in health and wellness. Proven experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content Ability to produce a consistent and high volume of content within short turnaround times Strong understanding of viral content, current trends, social media algorithms, and audience retention Advanced knowledge of hashtags, titles, keywords, captions, hooks, and platform-specific optimization Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar creative software Strong video editing, visual storytelling, and content repurposing skills Excellent copywriting and written communication abilities Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple content projects and publishing deadlines simultaneously Creative, resourceful, and comfortable testing new content formats Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Experience using AI-powered content creation and editing tools is preferred Experience creating content that generates leads, sales, or website traffic is highly preferred Strong creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and recommend social media and digital marketing strategies based on audience insights, trends, and performance data. Core responsibilities: Create, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms Produce a high volume of Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, Stories, carousels, graphics, and social media posts Consistently create content within fast turnaround times while maintaining brand quality and accuracy Research trending videos, sounds, topics, formats, challenges, and content styles Recreate viral content in a way that aligns with the brand’s products, services, voice, and target audience Develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds of each video Write compelling video titles, captions, descriptions, and calls-to-action Conduct hashtag, keyword, and topic research to improve content visibility and discoverability Optimize content for the requirements, audience behaviors, and algorithms of each platform Repurpose existing photos, videos, interviews, and long-form content into multiple social media assets Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, sound effects, graphics, and branding elements to videos Develop and maintain an organized social media content calendar Schedule and publish content consistently across all assigned platforms Brainstorm new content concepts, recurring series, promotional campaigns, and audience engagement ideas Monitor competitor accounts and identify successful content that can inspire future campaigns Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, mentions, and other interactions when required Organize raw footage, graphics, completed content, and other digital assets Monitor analytics including reach, views, watch time, engagement, follower growth, and website clicks Use performance data to improve future topics, hooks, titles, hashtags, and editing styles Stay current on platform changes, social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content tools Collaborate with leadership and marketing team members to ensure content supports current business goals Use AI tools to assist with research, scripts, captions, content ideas, editing, and workflow efficiency Perform additional social media, video editing, and content marketing responsibilities as assigned Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
