Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Social Media Specialist, combining both on-site and remote work.

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader business and marketing goals.

The role also requires staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to improve content performance, optimize campaigns, and strengthen the brand’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to improve results
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools is a plus
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
