Social Media Specialist

Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Social Media Specialist to manage social media accounts for our clients. We are looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, share, and follow . This is not simply a content scheduling role. You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content concepts, identifying trends, and managing multiple client accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple client social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. Develop social media strategies based on each client's brand, audience, and objectives. Create monthly content calendars and content plans. Develop creative concepts for Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, and other formats. Identify viral trends and adapt them creatively to different brands. Write engaging captions, hooks, and content concepts. Research competitors, trends, audiences, and relevant topics. Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members when required. Monitor social media performance and engagement. Analyze content performance and recommend improvements. Stay up to date with changes in social media algorithms, trends, and platform features. Develop content designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness. Communicate with clients regarding content requirements, feedback, and approvals. Requirements Previous experience managing social media accounts for clients is required . Previous experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or social media agency is highly preferred . Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video content. Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original content ideas. Excellent understanding of social media trends and viral content. Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills. Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent English communication skills. A strong portfolio or examples of previous work are highly preferred.
