Position Overview:

LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for a Social Media Strategist to support our team across social media strategy, content planning, performance insights, and competitive analysis. This is a full-time remote role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and brand strategy, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media strategy, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content best practices.
• Ability to analyse social media performance and convert data into actionable insights.
• Good knowledge of competitor analysis, audience behaviour, and social media trends.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media reporting, analytics, or social listening tools is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for content opportunities and brand storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop social media strategies aligned with client objectives, brand direction, and market requirements.
• Build content pillars and strategic content directions for different brands and platforms.
• Support the development of monthly content calendars with strategic recommendations and ideas.
• Conduct competitor analysis, social media audits, and identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Analyse social media performance and support monthly reporting with key insights, learnings, and recommendations.
• Work closely with Content, Creative, Community Management, and Program teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Review content ideas and campaigns from a strategic perspective.
• Help define brand tone of voice, messaging direction, and platform-specific strategies.
• Provide recommendations to improve content performance, engagement, and overall social media presence.
