Prepares and drafts reports, correspondence, documents, and alternative written products. Serves as an expert witness, providing recommendations and formal testimony in civil court. Offers consultation and guidance to internal staff, external agencies, and other collaborative partners. Directs patients, inmates, and clients to additional available services or external resources. Oversees forensic evaluations and GMC referrals while supporting the timely tracking and submission of evaluation and treatment reports. Qualifications The Ideal Candidate Must be licensed as a Certified Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health l Counselor in the state of Utah. Has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and related conditions for at least 2 years. Has experience working with the court system.
