Your Next Role: Associate Configuration Specialist We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-driven problem solver to join our Business Services Team. This position is based in Raleigh, NC (hybrid), or as a remote employee. In this position you’ll play a key role in delivering customized solutions that make a real impact for our customers. What You’ll Own and Elevate Bring our platform to life— configure, test, and optimize SoftPro Select Partner with Implementation Specialists to ensure seamless project delivery Lead engaging product demos that showcase our powerful tools Turn ideas into action— gather requirements, scope projects, and track progress Manage custom client solutions from concept to completion Maintain clear, organized project documentation Help improve processes and create helpful customer resources What You Bring to the Table 4+ years in real estate closings/escrow (non-negotiable) Deep experience with SoftPro Select , including formulas Strong organization, communication, and project management skills Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Solid Excel skills Project management experience? Even better.
