Within this framework, we are looking for a highly motivated Software Architect – C2ISR (PSIM) Platform to join our team and build cutting-edge software for physical security and safety management systems. The role The Software Architect will serve as the technical authority for the evolution, modernization and long-term sustainability of the SISC2 platform, supporting its transformation into a scalable defense-grade C2ISR / PSIM / multi-sensor operational ecosystem. The role combines software architecture, systems integration, cybersecurity awareness and mission-critical platform engineering across defense, critical infrastructure and public security environments. Responsibilities Define and govern the overall software architecture of SISC2 Lead platform modernization and scalability strategy Design modular, distributed and interoperable architectures Integrate heterogeneous operational systems, including: o CCTV o radars o UAV feeds o GIS o VTS/VTMIS o tactical communications o AI/video analytics Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD and software governance processes Ensure resilience, cybersecurity and operational continuity Support technology roadmap, customer engagements and proposal activities
