You’ll be at the heart of feature development - bringing ideas to life through clean, reliable code while continuously enhancing performance and functionality. Day to day you will: Design, develop and deploy robust front-end and back-end features aligned with product and architectural goals. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with appropriate test coverage, applying secure development practices and contributing to code reviews to uphold quality and security standards. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack to ensure responsive and reliable applications. Provide technical input and guidance to other developers through pairing, feedback, and documentation. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, platform, and QA to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and contribute to planning discussions. What you will bring to our team: 3+ years’ software development experience, with strong full-stack capability and solid Azure development experience. Comfortable working across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, databases, authentication, and cloud-based services. Experience with modern web application development and secure coding practices. Enjoy being involved early in discovery and solution shaping, not just coding from fully defined requirements. Able to work pragmatically in a delivery environment where priorities, detail, and designs may evolve. Clear communicator who can collaborate well with product, business, testing, and technical teams. Experience in professional services, financial services, or similarly complex business environments would be beneficial.
