Work remotely while collaborating with experienced technical teams across multiple projects Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of business-critical applications Gain exposure to a variety of modern development technologies and frameworks Be part of a culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing Expand your technical expertise while working on impactful solutions that drive business outcomes Your Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and technical challenges Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Develop and maintain database structures, queries, and integrations as required Support application deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities Collaborate effectively using remote communication and project collaboration tools Skills & Experience You Should Possess 4+ years of application development experience using one or more of the following technologies: .NET, C#, Angular, Drupal, XML, PHP, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL 1+ year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, or similar platforms Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed Bonus Points If You Have Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Experience integrating applications with APIs and third-party platforms Exposure to cloud-based environments and deployment practices Experience optimizing application and database performance Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Relevant technical certifications are a plus but not required What We Offer At Trissential , we value expertise, collaboration, and innovation. Competitive Compensation – $53 - $63 per hour . Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
