The Job As a Software Developer, you’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product owners in an agile environment to deliver customer-centric features across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include: Participating in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Developing user stories using tools and platforms such as Salesforce and .NET. Applying test-driven development (TDD) to ensure quality and alignment with business needs. Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine and validate features. Supporting technical staff with knowledge transfer for first-line support. About You You’re a team player who communicates clearly and seeks guidance when needed. You’re organized, curious, and proactive in solving problems. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Are comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment. Can manage your time effectively and maintain delivery momentum. Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving. Stay current with industry trends and technologies, including AI tools and how they can be applied to software development. Job Requirements A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in a programming-related field. Experience with coding/scripting languages such as .NET, JavaScript, SQL. Experience with Salesforce will be considered an asset. Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and their application in development workflows will be considered an asset.
