Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $104,800 - $131,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $104,800 - $157,200 . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Employment Logistics: The Software Developer Senior Specialist designs, codes, tests, and maintains software applications that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions using modern development practices. The Must-Haves: 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Deep understanding of industry principles and terminology Knowledge of standard office software and technologies Your Mission in Motion: A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Software development & deployment: Develop, test, and deploy software applications based on business and technical requirements, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows established best practices and coding standards. Cross-functional project delivery: Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to support successful project delivery. Troubleshooting & performance improvement: T roubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues to improve application stability and efficiency. Code quality & continuous improvement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle. Technical documentation & innovation: Maintain documentation for software design, architecture, and processes; stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Security & regulatory compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with applicable security and regulatory standards.
