About the role Contribute to technical planning discussions around how to implement solutions in accordance to best practices and how we work at Inlogik. You put forward ideas about how we improve our codebase, systems and way of working. Participating in solution design, development and testing activities. Building the solution and presenting to stakeholders. Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training. Collaborating with team members ensuring delivery is met. Upskilling, Continuous Learning – for career and personal development. Participation with networking, dev days, hackathons, etc. Skills and Experience You are an Engineer with programming skill with C#, .NET Core, SQL (or more recent versions). Experience with front end technologies such as React Understanding of advanced patterns and practices. Knowledge or prior experience with Security Processes / Applications (OWASP?). Ability to engage with various team members, demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills. Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision. You are able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively. The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning. Thinking outside the box with a birds eye view approach.
