Location: Japan (Full Remote)

Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥12,000,000/year

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Build high-performance systems for real-time voice processing
• Develop AI-powered features and voice analytics capabilities
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and developer experience

Tech Stack

• Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript
• Django, FastAPI
• PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
• AWS (Fargate, Lambda, Aurora)
• Docker, GitHub, Slack, Notion

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience using Python, Go, Ruby, TypeScript, or Kotlin
• 3+ years of web application development experience
• Experience working in a collaborative engineering team
• Advanced-Business level Japanese
