Senior Software Architect

A leading global provider of eHealth software solutions is looking for a senior technical leader to join the architecture team. This role involves driving the technical evolution of healthcare platforms by balancing long-term architectural health with delivery objectives across a diverse technology landscape. You will work closely with engineering and product management to design scalable, secure systems that integrate modern cloud services and artificial intelligence.

What you'll be doing

• Define architectural roadmaps for multiple product lines, ensuring scalability and maintainability across C++, Java, and Python systems.

• Design and implement cloud-native services and AI-integrated architectures using Kubernetes and modern integration patterns.

• Document critical architectural decisions and establish standardized patterns to guide the broader engineering organization.

• Lead modernization initiatives by incorporating AI-driven workflows, agents, and pipelines into core system designs.

• Mentor engineers and leads while actively shaping the internal architecture community and technical standards.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience as a software or solution architect for large-scale, distributed SaaS or enterprise systems.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong academic record.

• Deep expertise in modern architecture patterns including microservices, security-by-design, and event-driven systems.

• Proficiency across diverse stacks including C++, Java, Python, and Kubernetes-based cloud environments.

• Practical experience applying AI tooling and agentic coding frameworks within the software engineering lifecycle.
