We are currently expanding our technology team and looking for curious, fast-learning engineers across different areas of expertise, ranging from Frontend & Software Engineering to Data Engineering & Data Science . WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼 We are currently growing two specific teams within our tech team. We are looking for engineers to join our Creative Tech team (building ad reporting features and tools for managing creative assets within our SaaS platform) and engineers for our Data & Analytics team (scaling our data pipeline stack and building robust attribution models) Build Modern Applications & Interfaces: Develop clean, responsive UI components and frontend experiences using ReactJS, Next.js, and modern TypeScript. Integrate AI & LLM Workflows: Experiment with and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools into our products and developer workflows to build smarter, faster features. Power Data & Analytics: Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and pipelines to ensure our analytics engine and AI models have clean, high-quality data. Learn & Adapt Fast: Rapidly test new technologies, benchmark tools, and adapt as the modern software and AI stack evolves. End-to-End Ownership: Collaborate across functional teams to take features from early ideation and prototyping all the way to production deployment. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️ We care more about your curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and speed of learning than a rigid checklist. We welcome applicants with strengths in either software engineering/frontend OR data engineering/data science, paired with a generalist curiosity. Fast Learner & Adaptable Mindset: A high capacity to pick up new tools, languages, and frameworks quickly. Core Technical Foundation: Experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Node.js. Hands-on exposure to modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Next.js, FastAPI, ExpressJs Flask, or Django). Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. AI Tooling Curiosity: Practical experience or strong interest in using AI dev tools, prompt engineering, or building with LLMs. Data Literacy: Experience with data modeling, statistics, data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake), dbt, or data pipeline orchestration. Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT (TRACK-SPECIFIC BONUSES) ✔️ You don’t need all of these! We are building a well-rounded team across these areas: Domain Interest: Experience or interest in digital marketing, ad tech, or e-commerce analytics. AI & LLM Engineering: Practical experience building RAG architectures, prompt pipelines, agentic workflows, or working with vector databases Frontend & Data Visualization: Ability to translate complex data into clean, intuitive user interfaces using interactive visualization tools Data & Pipeline Infrastructure: Working with third-party marketing APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) and exposure to microservice architecture and tools like airflow WHAT WE OFFER 🌟 You can read our full offering in our handbook .
