Software Engineer - Golang Junior/Junior+

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Go) to join various teams, including: CRM, Customer Care, Origination Delivery, and others. As a Software Engineer on this team, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services using Go. You’ll contribute to both the creation of new systems and the optimization of existing ones to improve performance and reliability. We're still in the early stages of our growth, so you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership, shape key features, and see the direct impact of your work in production. Challenges that await you: Interactions with other teams for the successful implementation of tasks Participation in architecture of backend services and development of a complex system using modern technologies What makes you a great fit: 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Golang) An interest in working closely with developers and a genuine desire to help them in their daily workflows You love automating routine processes Excellent proven knowledge of Golang.
