Make and justify technical decisions, ensuring architectural integrity, performance, and maintainability of the platform. Enhance and extend the cloud-based forms service that supports workflows, approvals, permissions, audit requirements, and reporting. Integrate services across multiple cloud applications to create seamless workflows and data flows within the ecosystem. Support and improve workflow automation, approval routing, and reporting functionality within the forms platform. Participate in AI-related product initiatives, contributing to the design and integration of AI-driven features and capabilities. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate across distributed engineering teams located in multiple geographic regions to deliver cohesive solutions. Partner closely with QA and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality releases. Contribute to reporting and analytics capabilities on collected data, helping stakeholders gain insights from the platform. Support foundational platform responsibilities, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of core services. Essential Skills Strong, hands-on software development experience in C#, typically with 4–6+ years of professional experience. Proficiency with .NET and .NET Core for building backend services and applications. Demonstrated experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
