Software Engineer II - Frontend React (Remote)

Position Purpose: The Software Engineer II will be on the Military Exchange/eProcurement team, supporting the frontend engineering experience for Home Depot's military-facing storefront and procurement platforms. The engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications that serve military exchange customers and government procurement workflows, ensuring reliability and compliance with the unique requirements of this customer segment. This role partners closely with product, UX, and backend engineering teams to deliver features that enhance the shopping and purchasing experience while upholding Home Depot's engineering standards for code quality, testing, and performance. The engineer will contribute to ongoing modernization efforts, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment. This is a hands-on technical role suited for an engineer looking to grow their skills while making a direct impact on a specialized, mission-driven customer base. Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
