What it’s like to be a Software Engineer II, Integrations at Northbridge Financial The Software Engineer II, Integrations is responsible for helping design, develop, maintain, and improve software solutions leveraging Integrations capabilities in an IT environment. The Software Engineer III assists with integration architecture development. The Software Engineer II, Integrations understands, and is responsible for, leveraging essential skills and knowledge of best practices to develop and implement world-class Integrations processes and solutions. You will be working alongside a team of analysts, engineers, management, and business stakeholders to identify integration solutions. We want your talent If you are great at: Interfacing with systems analysts, solution designers, IT architects, and business stakeholders Designing, developing, testing, and documenting software integration engineering solutions within a complex Integrations environment to align technical and business goals. Assist with the daily operations and functionality of Integrations solutions and applications. Researching, evaluating, and recommending operational procedures and best practices Developing and maintaining a knowledge and understanding of company operations/procedures, and insurance industry trends/developments, to enhance the Integrations process. If you have: Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree is preferred) and/or equivalent on the job experience. Experience working with Azure DevOps, C#, Python, APIs, and Kubernetes Experience with Dynatrace is an asset. 3-5 years’ experience with Integrations product lines. 3-5 years’ experience in Integrations or related field. The base salary range for this role is $88,000 - $132,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
