We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team and support the development of innovative software solutions within a technically challenging environment. You will work on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of modern applications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and business requirements. This role offers exposure to a variety of technologies, development practices, and complex engineering projects. Location: London Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site Seniority: Mid-Level to Senior Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern development technologies Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and design through to deployment and support Collaborate with technical teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions Support software testing, integration, and validation activities Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Produce and maintain technical documentation where required Assist with troubleshooting, defect resolution, and system optimisation Contribute to Agile team activities and sprint delivery Required Skills Commercial experience developing software applications using C# and .NET technologies Experience building and supporting enterprise-level or customer-facing applications Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design principles Experience working within structured development environments Familiarity with source control, build management, and modern development tooling Understanding of software testing approaches and quality assurance practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Soft Skills & Collaboration Excellent communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork abilities Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities effectively Quality-focused approach to software delivery Ability to work in fast-paced project environments Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience Demonstrable experience delivering software solutions within a professional setting Desirable Skills Experience working within Agile delivery teams Exposure to cloud-based development environments and DevOps practices Knowledge of modern software architectures and distributed systems Familiarity with Microsoft development tools and technologies Experience within engineering, technology, or highly regulated industries Exposure to additional programming languages and frameworks Why join us?
