Software Engineer (React + Angular)

About the Client A leading North American financial services provider operating across personal, commercial, wealth management, and capital markets sectors. Following recent strategic acquisitions, the top-tier bank has significantly expanded its international footprint. Now executing an "AI-first" strategy, the organization has launched a dedicated institute for applied AI and quantum computing to drive productivity and deliver hyper-personalized digital experiences for millions of global customers. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and React. Translate UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable UI components. Build accessible, high-performance, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs. Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot UI issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring Senior experience of frontend or web development experience. Professional experience delivering production applications using React 19 and Angular 21+. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API. Experience with modern build tools including Webpack and Vite. Experience writing unit tests using frameworks such as Jasmine or Jest. Experience developing applications with Angular Material. Nice to have Experience with OpenFin. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Performance optimization experience for modern web applications. Exposure to lightweight JavaScript frameworks such as Mithril.js.
