Your Opportunity:
In this role, you will be designing, building and supporting critical systems that underpin Cuscal’s payments platforms. You will work across end-to-end engineering, from developing scalable applications to supporting production systems that process high-volume, real-time transactions.
This is a hands-on, full-stack role suited to someone who thrives in a small, high-impact team and is comfortable owning outcomes across the full software lifecycle.
You’ll also make an impact by:
Designing, developing and maintaining scalable applications across front-end, middleware and backend layers
Contributing to portal development with exposure to platforms such as Liferay or similar technologies
Building and supporting microservices and integrations aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Participating in CI/CD practices and contribute to automation and continuous improvement
Supporting production systems, including participation in a rostered on-call support model
Conducting testing across unit, integration and functional levels to ensure quality delivery
Troubleshooting and resolve production issues to maintain system performance and reliability
What you'll bring:
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
Solid full stack, full cycle engineering experience
Strong experience in modern front-end frameworks with React or Angular
Backend development experience with Node.js
Experience working with cloud technologies, ideally AWS
Exposure to CI/CD tooling and DevOps practices
Understanding of databases and system integrations
Comfortable working across development, testing and production support
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
