We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our cloud product portfolio. As a critical member of our agile engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of Infor’s next-generation applications. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple source systems. Develop and manage dimensional and relational data models to support reporting and analytics. Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance across data platforms. Optimize database performance, query execution, and storage utilization. Integrate data from ERP, CRM, cloud, and third-party systems into the data warehouse. Implement data security, access controls, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and BI teams to deliver data solutions. Support reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics initiatives. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and warehouse-related issues. Automate data processing workflows and deployment processes using CI/CD practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience with Data Warehouse concepts, architecture, and data modeling techniques. Proficiency in SQL and database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or Synapse. Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT solutions using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Databricks. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for data warehousing, storage, and data processing. Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Delta Lake. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, master data management, and security best practices. Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
