The Role Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment. As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline – performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers. Required Activities and/or Skills: - Level 1 Support: Linux/Windows OS, Kubernetes/Docker, MongoDB/CosmosDB/SQL Server, Azure - Basic Programming: Bash and Shell Scripting, PowerShell - Tools: Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, Bitbucket - Languages: Java, .NET, DLS (Ruby), YAML (Python) Training and/or Certifications: - Demonstrated training and experience in the indicated tools. RHEL II or equivalent.
