Software Project Manager

We’re Hiring a Software Project Manager!!

Remote | PH-based preferred applicants

We’re looking for a Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of software development projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll be the link between clients, development teams, and stakeholders — keeping projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close software development projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage project resources, budgets, and risks, escalating issues proactively
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and regular status updates
• Coordinate cross-functional development teams (engineering, QA, design) and remove blockers to keep work moving
• Translate business and client requirements into actionable technical tasks in collaboration with the development team
• Track progress against plans, adjust as needed, and ensure delivery meets agreed quality standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and post-projectreviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager within software development
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering software development projects end to end
• Strong technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall), and common development practices
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder-managementskills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Proven experience managing custom software development projects.

Nice to Have:

• Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master, or similar)
• Experience managing distributed or remote development teams

Additional information:

- Office Location: Remote

- Position: Full-time

- Work Schedule: 2 PM – 11 PM

- Weekends Off: Fixed
