We are looking for a Software QA & Automation Specialists with 8+ years of experience to drive the end-to-end quality engineering strategy for the Core Management System functional areas. You will lead the design, test and automation of functional and non-functional validations and quality initiatives across cloud-native, microservices-based solutions, ensuring the delivery of scalable, resilient, and high-quality products. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership capabilities, driving modern automation practices, mentoring teams, and championing a quality-first culture. Experience with CI/CD, observability, distributed systems, and emerging AI-powered automation frameworks is highly desirable. Join Nokia’s Autonomous Networks engineering team building a next-generation Core Network Management System that helps telecom operators proactively prevent network failures and significantly reduce Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR). Our cloud-native platform ingests and processes massive-scale telemetry, performance, fault, configuration, and operational data from thousands of network functions. Leveraging Kubernetes, microservices, data lake architecture, AI/ML-driven analytics, automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA), anomaly detection, and predictive insights, the platform enables real-time monitoring, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and remediation recommendations. The system is built using modern technologies including Golang, OpenShift, OpenTelemetry, React based UI, ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Kafka, and Agentic AI frameworks to build scalable, intelligent, and highly resilient telecom solutions. Drive the end-to-end quality engineering strategy for Core Management System functional areas, ensuring delivery of scalable, resilient, and high-quality cloud-native solutions. Lead the design, development, and evolution of test automation frameworks and quality validation solutions across functional and non-functional domains. Define and champion automation-first quality practices across CI/CD pipelines, improving release quality, engineering efficiency, and delivery predictability. Leverage AI-powered test automation and quality engineering tools to enhance test coverage, accelerate defect detection, and improve overall testing effectiveness. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify quality risks, establish quality standards, and drive continuous quality improvements throughout the software lifecycle. Mentor and provide technical leadership to QA and automation engineers, fostering a quality-first culture and adoption of modern testing methodologies and best practices. Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks, test strategies, observability-driven validation, and quality engineering processes to support evolving business and technology needs. In the extended role as a Scrum Master of a SAFe agile team, you'll help the team to plan and execute in delivering the team's objectives as per the committments.
