Software Tester

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Software Tester role focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of Career Hub | بالعربي’s digital products and platforms. The Software Tester will execute test plans and test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and document defects with clear, actionable details. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing requirements, designing test scenarios, validating fixes, and collaborating with developers and product owners to improve overall product quality. The role also involves analyzing test results, suggesting enhancements to testing processes, and helping maintain testing documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills to validate features, identify defects, and ensure stable releases.
• Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills to design, run, and maintain manual or automated tests aligned with product requirements.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test results, troubleshoot issues, and propose data-driven improvements.
• Experience with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, TestRail) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application testing, including cross-browser and cross-device validation, is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time setting, and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Relevant education or certification in software testing, quality assurance, or a related technical field is a plus.
