Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Consultant based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for work from home. The Solar Consultant will identify and qualify potential customers, conduct site visits, and provide tailored consultations on solar and energy storage solutions. Daily responsibilities include explaining technical and financial aspects of solar power systems, preparing proposals, and supporting customers through the sales and installation process. The role involves lead generation through various channels, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Solar Consultant will also provide ongoing customer service, answer queries, and help build long-term relationships that support Solspire Energy’s growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the Solar Industry and Solar Power solutions.
• Ability to drive Lead Generation through fieldwork, digital outreach, and referrals.
• Strong Communication skills for presenting solutions clearly and negotiating with customers.
• Customer Service skills to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of energy economics, ROI calculations, and financing options is beneficial.
• Comfort with using CRM software and productivity tools to track leads and activities.
• Ability to travel locally in and around Lucknow for client meetings and site assessments.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or renewable energy consulting is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
