Mayo Wynne Baxter is delighted to announce a new opportunity within our highly regarded Commercial Property team ! We are seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join us! This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident managing a varied and busy caseload independently. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in commercial property matters, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality advice under pressure. In addition you will play a key role in the continued growth of the team by actively developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business development initiatives. What you will be doing: You will work on a broad variety of both urban and rural commercial property matters, including: Commercial landlord and tenant work Lease management Commercial property sales and purchases Land sales and purchases. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and gain exposure to high-quality work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
