As a Solution Architect at Element Logic Scandinavia , you will become part of our Scandinavian team and play a key role in developing and optimizing automated intralogistics solutions for our existing customers across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark . Scandinavia is your area of responsibility. The role involves regular interaction with and visits to customers across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. You should therefore enjoy a varied working environment, spending time with customers, and have both the flexibility and ability to travel when required by customers and projects. Your key responsibilities Act as a technical and strategic advisor to customers across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark through customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Analyze existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and further development. Design, evaluate, and validate solutions with a focus on capacity, performance, scalability, and long-term value. Ensure that solutions comply with established standards, best practices, and product strategy. Contribute to commercial processes by providing technical assessments, estimates, and solution proposals. Prepare technical documentation and solution descriptions. Coordinate activities and ensure effective collaboration across Delivery, Software, Operations, and Support. Contribute to the continuous development of methods, standards, and working processes. Participate in customer training and, when required, lead Solution Architect activities within delivery projects. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of business. You enjoy working closely with customers, are able to see both the details and the bigger picture, and are motivated by developing solutions that deliver measurable and long-term value. You do not necessarily need to have worked as a Solution Architect before. What matters most is that you have relevant technical experience, understand how automated solutions work in practice, and are motivated to apply your expertise in an advisory and customer-facing role. We believe you have: Experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, WMS/WCS, or similar technical environments. Experience with one or more automation technologies, such as AutoStore, shuttle systems, conveyor systems, or AMRs. A good understanding of capacity, throughput, and operational performance. Experience in solution design, technical consulting, or a similar role. A good understanding of IT infrastructure. Familiarity with SQL Server, Windows Server, and IIS is an advantage. Familiarity with APIs and data formats such as XML and JSON. Experience with C# is an advantage. The ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear, practical, and commercially relevant recommendations. Strong communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language, both written and spoken. The ability and willingness to travel regularly across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
