Solution Architect (Pre-sale hybrid)

We are expanding our team in Singapore and looking for the right talents! WHAT YOU DO In this role, you will act as the ultimate strategic bridge into our customers' worlds. You will not simply manage deliverables; you will deeply connect with clients to unlock the maximum possible business value from their technology investments. Your core responsibilities include: Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Discovery Co-sell with Commercial Teams: Partner with Sellers to participate in discovery calls, understand client business requirements, and assess technical feasibility. Architect Google Cloud Solutions: Translate business problems into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solution sketches using GCP services (Gemini for Enterprise, Google Workspace and Vertex AI). Proposal & RFP Support: Help prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, cost estimates (FinOps), and RFP/RFI responses. 2. Bridging Sales & Delivery (Technical PO Alignment) Translate Requirements to Backlogs: Work closely with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) and delivery leads in Vietnam to convert high-level customer requirements into actionable scope, user stories, and architectural blueprints. Technical Feasibility Checks: Ensure that what is promised during the sales stage is technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with Zoi's engineering standards. Hackathon adoption (status check point but not directly deliver) 3. Google Partner Ecosystem & Demos Partner Collaboration: Work alongside Google Cloud Partner Sales Managers and Customer Engineers (CEs) in the APAC region to align on technical go-to-market strategies. POCs & Demos: Build and present technical demos, prototypes, and GenAI use cases (e.g., Gemini AI, Workspace integrations) to prospective clients. WHO YOU ARE You are a business-focused techie who thinks, creates, and acts to add real value to a customer’s operations. You are highly empathetic, curious, and love solving organizational puzzles through cross-cultural communication. You are: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, cloud support engineering, or software development (fresh graduates with strong project portfolios or internship experience in cloud/GCP are welcome to apply). Cloud Knowledge: Foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, Microservices, Containers/Kubernetes, APIs, and Data Warehousing). Consultative Mindset: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to "speak business to non-technical stakeholders" and "speak tech to software engineers". Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Adaptability and willingness to collaborate across distributed teams (working with colleagues in Singapore, Vietnam, and Germany). Preferred Qualifications Google Cloud Certifications: Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE), Professional Cloud Architect, or willingness to achieve certification within the first 6 months. Hands-on Exposure: Basic experience with scripting (Python, Bash), Terraform/IaC, SQL, or Google Vertex AI tools. Familiarity with local languages such as Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
