Job Description Responsibilities : Engage directly with client teams on-site to align operational execution with strategic business goals. Translate client business needs into structured technology and operational requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility. Analyze current-state process flows or system diagrams and design future-state models that demonstrate the value of proposed changes. Facilitate cross-functional workshops (typically 10–50 participants) to gather process and architecture requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality design documentation that supports solution delivery. Identify process gaps and apply industry knowledge to recommend practical, value-driven improvements. Lead playback sessions to present findings and recommendations, and finalize solution documents for client sign-off and transition to delivery teams. Act as a subject matter contributor throughout the engagement, supporting both client and internal teams. Contribute to the development and refinement of service offerings and internal methodologies. Participate in knowledge sharing, thought leadership initiatives, and service innovation efforts within the practice. Support relationship-building efforts with clients through consistent engagement and delivery excellence. Assist business development teams in identifying opportunities for follow-on work and new engagements. Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members, supporting their development and integration into project teams.
