Role Details Job Title: Solution Consultant Manager Recruiting Manager: Director of Service Delivery Department: Professional Services Hours / Base: Full-time / US / Remote Role Specification Role Purpose: Unifyr is looking for a Solutions Consulting Manager who will lead the Solutions Consultant team within Professional Services, ensuring high-quality solution design, platform configuration expertise, and effective customer engagement across implementation and optimization programs. This role combines people leadership, technical delivery oversight, and consultative expertise. The Manager partners closely with Program Management, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into scalable solutions while maintaining consistent delivery standards. The position plays a key role in developing platform expertise within the organization, improving delivery methodologies, and supporting Professional Services growth through strong technical credibility and solution excellence. Role Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop Solutions Consultants across multiple customer engagements Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members Establish career progression pathways and competency frameworks Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning Solution Delivery Oversight Oversee solution design, configuration, and implementation quality across customer projects Ensure consistency with platform best practices, scalability standards, and delivery methodologies Act as escalation point for complex solution challenges or technical risks Support Program Managers in shaping delivery strategies for complex implementations Customer Engagement & Advisory Leadership Participate in strategic customer discussions where senior technical credibility is required Support Enablement and Program Management teams during discovery and solution design phases Ensure effective translation of business requirements into platform solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services leadership Provide structured feedback to Product teams based on implementation experience Align technical delivery approaches with evolving platform capabilities Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Develop solution standards, documentation frameworks, and delivery best practices Monitor delivery quality, utilization, and team effectiveness Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency and consistency Support development of reusable assets, accelerators, and internal knowledge resources What you offer Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • 6+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or technical delivery roles • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or mentoring solution consultants • Experience working directly with customer stakeholders in implementation environments Core Competencies • Strong leadership and coaching capability • Deep understanding of SaaS configuration, integrations, and implementation practices • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability Technical & Delivery Skills • Advanced experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms • Familiarity with integrations, data structures, and workflow design • Experience working within Professional Services delivery environments Strictly no agencies
