About the role In the Caretech Care Suite team, we deliver the healthcare patient information system Lifecare and related services to healthcare providers in Finland and other Nordic countries. We are looking for Solution Consultant with development potential to be part of the existing team of skilled healthcare consultants. You will work closely with our healthcare customers mainly in Lifecare delivery projects and other consultancy assignments. Your work will contribute to simplifying everyday life for patients, healthcare professionals, and customers. We work in hybrid model and expect you to visit your closest Tieto office regularly. Key Responsibilities Help customers maximize the value of new features and support them in successfully adopting the changes into their daily operations. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful Lifecare project delivery from consultation point of view. Support with your expertise our product development teams in creating the best possible solutions to support our customers’ work. Contribute to sales and planning of future consulting services We are looking for a person who has: Expertise in healthcare Lifecare and healthcare workflows (or knowledge of another patient information system) Willingness to work in close cooperation with customers in versatile projects Ability to learn new things and adapt to changing environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent Finnish language skills (written and spoken) It would be beneficial if you also Have a backgroud as a nurse (or similar healthcare degree and working history) or you have worked in information management department within a wellbeing county AI knowledge requirement AI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect. You understand and follow company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use (including not sharing sensitive data in unapproved tools).
